PadelCon brought 350+ attendees together with 0x / Matcha and Privy at Devconnect in Buenos Aires. The program combined padel matches, demos from 10 companies, and time to build and share feedback.

Connecting through building
We wanted to meet builders, hear how they were using products, and make space for feedback outside formal building sessions.
Competition, demos, and build time
I led a program that alternated padel matches with company demos and dedicated build time. People could meet through the competition, share their work, and spend time building together.
On the day
350+ people attended, and 10 companies demonstrated their products between matches.
After the event
Our follow-up process combined feedback from close partners with personalized Luma messages. We worked with BD and enterprise to decide whom to follow up with and where another event or collaboration would be useful.
