Bringing the partner teams together
Kraken was one of our key API partners. We wanted to meet more of the team in person alongside clients, prospective partners, and founders. We also brought VCs into the room because connecting with investors mattered to the founders attending.
Planning around shared interests
I organized the event around introductions between founders, investors, and clients, with time for longer conversations.
Meeting Kraken in person
Meeting much of Kraken’s team in person helped us get to know our partners and opened conversations about new opportunities. We also met founders we had not connected with before and spent time with our New York clients.
Continuing the conversation
I gathered partner feedback and sent personalized follow-ups through Luma. With BD and enterprise, we decided whom to follow up with and which partners to approach about another event or collaboration.
